Since 2015, Lion Paper has been committed to producing high-quality writing paper products, such as notebooks, planners, calendars, and notepads. Over the years, we have catered to major markets in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. As our business expands, alongside rising customer demands and changing global economic conditions, we made a strategic decision in 2024 to set up our own paper notebook factory in Cambodia.
Planner & Notebook Factory in Cambodia
After our success, we expanded our manufacturing operations to Cambodia in 2024. Our factory is located at LUM STREET, LAND NO 1912, PUN PHNUM VILLAGE
TRAPEANG SAB COMMUNE, BATI DISTRICT, TAKEO PROVINCE, KINGDOM OF CAMBODIA, just 20 minutes from the airport. Spanning 9,000 square meters, the daily production capacity is as follows: 5,000 spiral-bound notebooks/planners, 10,000 notepads, and 5,000 sewn-bound notebooks/planners. The factory is FSC and GSP certified, complies with Sedex, and consistently meets TARGET quality inspection standards.
Why We Chose Cambodia
The main reason for setting up factories in Cambodia was to adjust to global economic shifts, especially due to the U.S. tariffs on Chinese exports. By diversifying our manufacturing supply chain, we can keep competitive and reasonable prices and ensure a stable supply chain for our customers.
Moreover, as we continue to expand in the paper products industry, we understand the need to extend beyond China. By establishing new production bases, we strengthen our supply chain management and improve quality control, ensuring our customers receive the best products possible.

Sustainability and ethical business practices are fundamental to our operations at Lion Paper. Our Cambodian factories comply with rigorous environmental and labor standards, using FSC-certified raw materials and responsible sourcing to reduce environmental impact.

Future Plans
Looking forward, we intend to further expand our production lines to accommodate the increasing demand for sustainable paper products. Besides our current factories in Cambodia and China, which now produce writing paper products, we will extend our operations to include other paper products (gift bags, greeting cards, gift sheets...). We are also in the process of establishing new manufacturing facilities in other strategic locations. This expansion will boost our capacity, diversify our supply chain, and enable us to serve our global customers more effectively.
